WISC-V
Weschler Intelligence Scale for Children
WISC-V is an intelligence (IQ) test which is suitable to use with children aged 6 to 16 years. This test measures a child's intellectual ability and is made up of a battery of both verbal and nonverbal subtests. THe WISC-V results are divided into 5 domains which measure aspects of cognitive performance: Verbal Comprehension, Visuo-Spatial, Reasoning, Working Memory and Processing Speed.
WIAT-III
Weschler Individual Achievement Test
WIAT-III is a standardised academic achievement test for children, adolescents and adults. It provides a measure of comprehensive listening, speaking, reading, writing and mathematics skills, and is used to assess attainment in these areas in order to determine a need for special support or to identify gifted abilities.
ASSESSMENT
Assessment of problems of attention, concentration and memory, including diagnostic assessment for ADHD in children and adolescents, as well as recommendations for individual, academic, and environmental interventions or accommodations.
The assessment process takes approximately 8 to10 hours and is offered to children aged 6 to16 years old.
The report will be completed within 6 weeks so that the necessary interventions can be put into place as quickly as possible
